Please note that these items are sterling silver/gold filled . Items may need to be polished. Darkening may fade. Finish may dull. This is the natural process of wearing silver/gold filled.

The seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to normal wear and tear of item.

When giving jewelry as a gift to a child. YOU assume full responsibility of the child's wear and use of the item.

Due to many varying factors, sterling silver and gold filled will tarnish and/or fade over time.

Here are some tips to keep your custom piece shiny and NEW :

> DO NOT wear when using Body Sprays, Perfumes, Hair Products or Household Products

> DO NOT clean silver with cleaning dips, polished or liquids. THIS will cause the removal of the darkening in the letters.

> Your jewelry should be the LAST THING that you put on in the am and the FIRST THING off in the PM.

> If you are not wearing your piece, store it in an air tight container or zip lock bag.

Please USE the polishing pad (off white pad) INCLUDED with every order after wearing your piece.

DO NOT USE polishing pad on gold plated (satin finish charms).
